Print Ready Design / Layout Instructions

 

For banner artwork submission of an image file (jpg preferred) the file should be 100% (60 x 36 or 6000dpi x 3600dpi for grommets or 60 x 35 – 6000 x 3500dpi ) size Pole Pockets).

 

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES

PDF, PNG, JPEG, and JPG are also accepted. Output color format should be set to CMYK if possible.

 

 

SAFE ZONES

Make sure you have a safe zone and don’t have any graphics or text in a 2″ square area in each corner where the grommet holes will be inserted.

For pole pocketed banners a safe zone should be created free of text and main images. This safe zone should only contain the background and other minor images. This safe zone area should be 3″ from the top, left and right edge of the design. This will allow that when the poles from the stand are inserts into the banner it will not affect the viewing of live text.

 

If needed or any issues with your file…. We will send you confirming image proof to approve or replace.
