3) Within next business day Teamsbanner will email you a proof(s) for you and others on your team too review. (Other banner companies will not let you change designs.)
4) Your requested changes are made within hours and a revised proof(s) are emailed back to you. You can make as many changes or revision as you need to make you design PREFECT.
5) We will ask you to complete your order over the phone or on-line once you are perfectly happy and approve your banner’s design. You can choose the banner only or order our banner systems that include pole kits, hanging clips, bags and other items.
6) Your banner will ship within 1-2 days of completing your order.
7) You will receive shipping tracking information once your banner is shipped.
8) Enjoy your banner.

Print Ready Design / Layout Instructions
For banner artwork submission of an image file (jpg preferred) the file should be 100% (60 x 36 or 6000dpi x 3600dpi for grommets or 60 x 35 – 6000 x 3500dpi ) size Pole Pockets).
PDF, TIFF, PSD, BMP,JPEG, EPS are also accepted. Output color format should be set to CMYK. If you are submitting a raw working file (Illustrator – Corel – Other) make sure you save your file so that text/fonts set to as curves.
Make sure you have a safe zone and don’t have any graphics or text in a 2″ square area in each corner where the grommet holes will be inserted.
For pole pocketed banners a safe zone should be created free of text and main images. This safe zone should only contain the background and other minor images. This safe zone area should be 4″ from the top, left and right edge of the design. This will allow that when the poles from the stand are inserts into the banner it will not affect the viewing of live text.
We will send you a confirming image proof once we receive the file prior to production.
